No. Go to (Indication/Condition 6). 1. Disconnect air hose 013 from flatrack lock push/pull valve. Yes. Go to (Indication/Condition 7). 2. Push handle of flatrack lock push/pull valve in. 3. Feel for air escaping from open port on flatrack lock push/pull valve.
