Left Stoplight Does Not Illuminate - Continued. 0024 00-5 Change 1 INDICATION/CONDITION DECISION (NO/YES) PROCEDURAL STEPS 4. Is 8-14 VDC present at terminal lug TL253A? No. Repair wire 109 (EM 0195) or replace main electrical harness (WP 0066 00). 1. Set multimeter to VDC. Yes. Go to (Indication/Condition 5). 2. Remove cover of junction box (WP 0059 00). 3. Connect positive (+) probe of multimeter to terminal lug TL253A. 4. Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter to a known good ground. 5. Position main light switch on towing vehicle to STOP LIGHT. 6. Depress brake pedal and note reading on multimeter. 6. Position main light switch to ALL OFF.
