Disassembly. WARNING Dump body lift cylinder weighs approximately 200 lbs (91 kg). Attach a suitable lifting device prior to lifting. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment. (1) Place drain pan under lift cylinder barrel (1). (2) Extend cylinder rod (2) approximately 12 inches (31 cm). (3) Loosen screw (3) on collar (4). (4) Remove collar (4) from lift cylinder barrel (1). (5) Remove lubrication fitting (5) from lift cylinder barrel (1). 27-2
