TM 9-2320-366-34-3 17-22 Change 2 17-3. M1090/M1094 FOUR-WAY RELIEF VALVE REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT) j. Counterbalance Valve Adjustment. (1) Raise dump body in maintenance position (TM 9- 2320-366-10-1). (2) Loosen lock nut (1) on counterbalance valve adjusting screw (2). (3) Turn counterbalance valve adjusting screw (2) clockwise until it bottoms out. (4) Turn counterbalance valve adjusting screw (2) counter clockwise two turns. (5) Turn counterbalance valve adjusting screw (2) counter clockwise four turns. WARNING Two four way relief valves are in use (P/N HFC32585 and P/N 6E150110). Ensure correct adjustment procedure is in use for the correct relief valve. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment. NOTE • Steps (4) and (5) establish initial settings. • Perform step (4) on four way relief valve P/N HFC32585. NOTE Perform step (5) on four way relief valve P/N 6E150110.
