Attach a suitable lifting device prior to installation. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment. NOTE Step (1) requires the aid of an assistant. (1) Position WRECKER CONTROL PANEL (1) on vehicle with two washers (2), screws (3), washers (2), and self- locking nuts (4). (2) Tighten two self-locking nuts (4) to 76-84 lb-ft (103-114 N·m). (3) Position three washers (5), screws (6), washers (5), and self-locking nuts (7) in WRECKER CONTROL PANEL (1). (4) Tighten three self-locking nuts (7) to 152-168 lb-ft (206- 228 N·m). (5) Position handle (8) on WRECKER CONTROL PANEL (1) with two screws (9), washers (10), and self-locking nuts (11). (6) Tighten two self-locking nuts (11) to 33-37 lb-ft (45-50 N·m). 16-588 Change 1
