TM 9-2320-366-34-3 Change 2 16-539 d. Installation. (1) Position relief valve (1) on tool box support assembly (2) with two screws (3), washers (4), and self-locking nuts (5). (2) Tighten two self-locking nuts (5) to 96-120 lb-in. (11-14 N•m). (3) Position two hydraulic hoses (6) on fitting (7) and 45 degree fitting (8). (4) Tighten two hydraulic hoses (6) to 36-40 lb-ft (49- 54 N•m). e. Adjustment. (1) Loosen locknut (1) on relief valve (2) and back adjusting screw (3) all the way out. (2) Turn adjusting screw (3) in one half turn. (3) Tighten locknut (1). f. Follow-On Maintenance. (1) Open hydraulic reservoir supply valve and return valve (TM 9-2320-366-10-2). (2) Operate winches and check for hydraulic leaks and proper operation (TM 9-2320-366-10-2). (3) Operate underlift and stifflegs and check for proper operation (TM 9-2320-366-10-2). End of Task.
