(5) Tighten 45-degree fitting (7) and 90-degree fitting (8) to 18-20 lb-ft (24-27 N·m). (6) Tighten hoses (5 and 6) to 18-20 lb-ft (24-27 N·m). (7) Position three tubes (9) on 90-degree fittings (10). (8) Tighten three 90-degree fittings (10) to 18-20 lb-ft (24-27 N·m). (9) Tighten three tubes (9) to 36-39 lb-ft (49-53 N·m). WARNING Pressure hose to monoblock valve operates at high pressure and flow. Ensure pressure and return lines are connected to the correct ports. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel or damage to equipment. (10) Position hoses (11, 12, and 13) on 90-degree fittings (14, 15, and 16). (11) Tighten 90-degree fittings (14, 15, and 16) to 109-114 lb- ft (148-155 N·m). (12) Tighten hoses (11, 12, and 13) to 79-88 lb-ft (107-119 N·m). 16-530
