TM 9-2320-366-34-3 (10) Install handle (17), pin (18), and two retaining rings (19) on upper control valve assembly (1). (11) Position rod (13) to right and through control panel boss (20). (12) Install two cotter pins (21) on rod (13). f. Follow-On Maintenance. (1) Hydraulic reservoir supply and return valves in open position (TM 9-2320-366-10-2). (2) Install control panel assembly covers (TM 9-2320-366- 20-5). (3) Connect batteries (TM 9-2320-366-20-3). (4) Service hydraulic reservoir (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). (5) Start engine (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). (6) Operate wrecker control functions and check for hydraulic leaks (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). (7) Shut down engine (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). End of Task. Change 1 16-509
