(5) Connect two hydraulic hoses (8) to upper control valve assembly (1). (6) Install hydraulic tube (9) on upper control valve assembly (1). (7) Install handle (10), pin (11), and retaining rings (12) on upper control valve assembly (1). (8) Position rod (13) to left past handle (14).
