TM 9-2320-366-34-3 16-79. M1089 FLOWMETER VALVE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT/ADJUSTMENT (CONT) NOTE Steps (10) through (12) require the aid of an assistant. (10) Extend stinger (4) (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). NOTE Stinger should retract in 6-8 seconds. (11) Record time for stinger (4) to retract. NOTE Loosen set screw and turn flowmeter valve left to decrease speed and right to increase speed. (12) Adjust upper flowmeter valve (5) , as required. (13) Repeat steps (10) through (12), as required. (14) Tighten setscrew (6). d. Follow-On Maintenance. (1) Check hydraulic fluid levels (TM 9-2320-366-10-2). (2) Stow underlift (TM 9-2320-366-10-2). End of Task. 16-486
