If sealant contacts eyes, flush eyes with water and get immediate medical attention. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. (18) Apply sealing compound to threads four bolts (25). (19) Position four bolts (25), eight washers (26), and four self- locking nuts (27) in spooler weldment (3). (20) Apply sealing compound to threads of eight bolts (28). (21) Position four washers (29) and bolts (28) in spooler weldment (3). (22) Position tow chain anchor (30) on spooler weldment (3) with four washers (29) and bolts (28). (23) Tighten four bolts (28) to 152-168 lb-ft (206-228 N·m). (24) Tighten six self-locking nuts (24) to 152-168 lb-ft (206- 228 N·m). 16-476
