TM 9-2320-366-34-3 16-64. M1089 30K WINCH DRIVE MOTOR ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT) e. Installation. NOTE Step (1) requires the aid of an assistant. (1) Position 30K winch drive motor assembly (1) on 30K winch assembly (2) with two lockwashers (3) and screws (4). (2) Tighten screws (4) to 70-95 lb-ft (95-129 N·m). f. Follow-On Maintenance. (1) Install 30K winch counterbalance valve (para 16-81). (2) Open hydraulic reservoir supply and return valve (TM 9- 2320-366-10-2). (3) Fill hydraulic reservoir to FULL (TM 9-2320-366-10). (4) Operate 30K winch assembly and check for hydraulic leaks and proper operation (TM 9-2320-366-10-2). End of Task. 16-388
