TM 9-2320-366-34-3 (8) Remove three preformed packings (10) and three backup rings (11) from balance rings (8). Discard preformed packings and backup rings. WARNING Use care when removing springs. Springs are under tension and can act as projectiles when released. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. (9) Remove control spool plug (12) and springs (13 and 14) from valve housing (3). (10) Remove preformed packing (15) from control spool plug (12). Discard preformed packing. (11) Remove control spool plug (16) from valve housing (3). (12) Remove preformed packing (17) from control spool plug (16). Discard preformed packing. (13) Remove control spool (18) from valve housing (3). (14) Remove case drain plug (19) from valve housing (3). (15) Remove preformed packing (20) from case drain plug (19).
