TM 9-2320-366-34-3 16-63. 30K WINCH ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT) (64) Connect hydraulic hoses (69 and 70) to 45-degree fitting (62) and 90-degree fitting (63). WARNING Winch weighs approximately 550 lbs (250 kgs). Attach suitable lifting device prior to installation. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment. NOTE Position 30K winch assembly to allow winch installation. (65) Install drum (1) in 30K winch assembly (71) with 12 screws (72), washers (73), and self-locking nuts (74). WARNING Ensure banding strap around 30K winch is removed carefully. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. (66) Remove banding strap (64) from drum (1). 16-368
