TM 9-2320-366-34-3 WARNING 30K winch assembly weighs approximately 1450 lbs (658 kgs). Attach suitable lifting device prior to removal. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. (26) Remove four nuts (60), eight washers (61), and four screws (62) from 30K winch assembly (10). NOTE Left and right side of 30K winch assembly are removed the same way. Left side shown. (27) Remove six self-locking nuts (63), 12 washers (64), and six screws (65) from 30K winch assembly (10). Discard self-locking nuts. (28) Perform step (22) on right side of 30K winch assembly (10). WARNING A guide rope must be attached to 30K winch frame to aid in controlling winch assembly during removal. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment. NOTE Step (29) requires the aid of two assistants. (29) Remove 30K winch assembly (10) from vehicle. Change 1 16-351
