TM 9-2320-366-34-3 (80) Install seal plate (108), three preformed packings (109), and preformed packing (110) on top directional valve body (73). WARNING Adhesive Sealant MIL-S-46163 can damage your eyes. Wear safety goggles/glasses when using; avoid contact with eyes. If sealant contacts eyes, flush eyes with water and get immediate medical attention. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. (81) Apply sealing compound to threads of four screws (111). (82) Install pilot valve body (106) on top directional valve body (73) with four screws (111). (83) Perform steps (76) through (82) on remaining three pilot valve bodies. e. Installation. (1) Install eight knobs (1) on levers (2). (2) Apply sealing compound to threads of eight bolts (3). NOTE Steps (3) and (4) require the aid of an assistant. (3) Position valve manifold (4) in crane control panel (5) with eight washers (6), lockwashers (7), and bolts (3). (4) Tighten bolts (3) to 41-45 lb-ft (55-61 N m). (5) Connect three hydraulic tubes (8) to valve manifold (4). (6) Install hydraulic tube (9) on valve manifold (4) and accumulator (10). 16-333
