(71) Install head valve coil (99), head valve push button (96), and head valve (98) in solenoid (94). (72) Install performed packing (100) on valve body coil (101). (73) Install valve body push button (102) and valve body coil (101) in solenoid (94). (74) Position access cover (103) on solenoid (94) with four screws (104). (75) Perform steps (68) through (74) on remaining seven solenoids. NOTE All pilot valves are assembled the same way. One pilot valve shown. (76) Install spool (105) in pilot valve body (106). (77) Install two preformed packings (107) in solenoids (94). WARNING Adhesive Sealant MIL-S-46163 can damage your eyes. Wear safety goggles/glasses when using; avoid contact with eyes. If sealant contacts eyes, flush eyes with water and get immediate medical attention. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. (78) Apply sealing compound to threads of eight screws (104). (79) Install two solenoids (94) on pilot valve body (106) with eight screws (104). 16-332
