TM 9-2320-366-34-3 16-37. M1089 LIFT CYLINDER REPLACEMENT (CONT) (19) Remove screw (29), washer (30), and bushing (31) from rivet eyebolt (32). (20) Remove rivet eyebolt (32) from pivot shaft (33). (21) Remove pivot shaft (33) from boom assembly (34). (22) Remove lift cylinder (35) from boom assembly (34). b. Installation. WARNING Lift cylinder weighs approximately 180 lbs (82 kgs). Attach a suitable lifting device prior to installation. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment. NOTE Steps (1) through (9) require the aid of an assistant.
