(66) Install head valve coil (83), head valve push button (80), and head valve (82) in solenoid (78). (67) Install preformed packing (84) on valve body coil (85). (68) Install valve body coil (85) and valve body push button (86) in solenoid (78). (69) Install access cover (87) on solenoid (78) with four screws (88). (70) Perform steps (63) through (69) on remaining solenoids. NOTE All pilot valve bodies are assembled the same way. Lift Control pilot valve body shown. (71) Install spool (89) in pilot valve body (90). WARNING Adhesive sealant MIL-S-46163 can damage your eyes. Wear safety goggles/glasses when using; avoid contact with eyes. If sealant contacts eyes, flush eyes with water and get immediate medical attention. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. (72) Apply sealing compound to threads of eight screws (87). (73) Position two preformed packings (91) and solenoids (78) on pilot valve body (90) with eight screws (87). (74) Tighten eight screws (87) to 30-45 lb-in. (3-5 N·m). 16-161
