TM 9-2320-366-34-3 (19) Position setscrew (27) in lever cap (20). (20) Position washer (28) and nut (29) on setscrew (27). (21) Tighten nut to position noted during removal. (22) Position washer (30) and dust cap (31) on setscrew (27). NOTE Dust cap has a break away nut. Nut will break away when correct torque has been reached. (23) Tighten dust cap (31) until nut breaks away. WARNING Adhesive sealant MIL-S-46163 can damage your eyes. Wear safety goggles/glasses when using; avoid contact with eyes. If sealant contacts eyes, flush eyes with water and get immediate medical attention. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. (24) Apply sealing compound to threads of lever (32). (25) Install lever (32) in pinion seal (23). (26) Install nut (33) and knob (34) on lever (32). (27) Install two preformed packings (35) and fittings (36) on valve body (14). (28) Perform steps (7) through (24) on remaining valve bodies. 16-141
