TM 9-2320-366-34-3 16-7. M1084/M1086 LIFT CYLINDER REPLACEMENT (CONT) WARNING Lift cylinder assembly weighs approximately 100 lbs (45 kgs). Attach a suitable lifting device prior to removal. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment. (3) Remove screw (7), washer (8), and bushing (9) from rivet eyebolt (10). (4) Remove rivet eyebolt (10) from pivot shaft (11). (5) Remove pivot shaft (11) from RH lift cylinder (1). (6) Remove screw (12), washer (13), and bushing (14) from rivet eyebolt (15). (7) Remove rivet eyebolt (15) from pivot shaft (16). NOTE · Steps (8) and (9) require the aid of an assistant. · Drive out pivot shaft enough to free RH lift cylinder. (8) Drive pivot shaft (16) out of RH lift cylinder (1). (9) Remove RH lift cylinder (1) from turntable (17). 16-44
