TM 9-2320-366-34-3 Change 2 15-135 (10) Position tiedown ring (11) in bracket (10) with self- locking nut (12). (11) Tighten self-locking nut (12) to 113-138 lb-ft (153- 187 N•m). (12) Perform steps (8) through (11) on remaining brackets and tiedown rings. (13) Position four bolts (13) in bracket (14) with four self- locking nuts (15). (14) Tighten four self-locking nuts (15) to 179-219 lb-ft (243-297 N•m). (15) Perform steps (13) and (14) on right side bracket. (16) Install four stakes (16) in cargo bed (1). NOTE Left and right side brackets are assembled the same way. Left side shown.
