TM 9-2320-366-34-2 13-23. FRONT LIFTING BRACKET REPLACEMENT (CONT) CAUTION When removing bolts, continuous removal of collars is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in seizing of collar to bolt. (4) Remove six collars (10) and bolts (11) from front lifting bracket (3). Discard collars and bolts. (5) Remove four self-locking nuts (12) and bolts (13) from front lifting bracket (3). Discard self-locking nuts. (6) Perform steps (1) through (5) on left side of front lifting bracket. WARNING Front lifting bracket assembly weighs approximately 300 lbs (136 kgs). Attach a suitable lifting device prior to removal. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment. NOTE Step (7) requires the aid of two assistants. (7) Remove front lifting bracket (3) from vehicle. 13-188
