TM 9-2320-366-34-2 e. M1088 Removal. CAUTION When removing bolts, continuous removal of collars is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in seizing of collar to bolt. NOTE • Steps (1) through (8) require the aid of an assistant. • Perform steps (1) through (4) on LH side. (1) Remove four collars (1) and bolts (2) from rear bumper (3). Discard collars and bolts. (2) Remove collar (4), bolt (5), and backup light mounting bracket (6) from rear bumper (3). Discard collar and bolt. (3) Remove self-locking nut (7), tie-down ring (8), and bracket (9) from rear bumper (3). Discard self-locking nut. (4) Remove collar (10), bolt (11), and spacer plate (12) from rear bumper (3).
