Batteries OK. WTEC II cab transmission assembly OK. Faulty WTEC II TEPSS. Faulty transmission external wiring harness. Faulty transmission internal wiring harness. Faulty C3 solenoid regulator valve. Faulty C3 pressure switch. Is continuity present from connector P119-h to external wiring harness 24-pin connector pin F2? If continuity is not present, transmission external wiring harness is faulty. INITIAL SETUP Equipment Condition Engine shut down (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). Batteries disconnected (TM 9-2320-366-20-3).
