Is continuity present from connector P119-h to external wiring harness 31-pin connector pin W? If continuity is not present, transmission external wiring harness is faulty. NO INITIAL SETUP Equipment Condition Engine shut down (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). Batteries disconnected (TM 9-2320-366-20-3).
