M1084/M1086 MATERIAL HANDLING CRANE (MHC) BOOM DOES NOT LIFT UP OR DOWN OR HOLD UNDER LOAD Hydraulic oil level OK. Hydraulic hoses, tubes, and fittings OK. Faulty four way control valve. Faulty boom-up lockout valve. Faulty boom-down lockout valve. Faulty holding relief valve. Faulty lift cylinder(s). Faulty boom lift lockout or four way control valve will cause boom to not lift up or down.
