TM 9-2320-366-34-1 Change 2 2-1072.5 Test continued from page 2-1072.3. CAUTION CAUTION PRESSURE TEST (CONT) PRESSURE TEST (CONT) In the event of a tachometer failure, a HAND THROTTLE lever positioned to full down is approximately 750 RPM. (18) Set engine speed to idle 750 RPM (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). (19) Position PTO switch to off (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). (20) Shut down engine (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). NOTE Keep tachometer within 1,250-1,450 RPM when PTO is engaged. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment. In the event of a tachometer failure, a HAND THROTTLE lever positioned to L is approximately 1,250-1,450 RPM. (13) Set engine speed to 1250-1450 RPM (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). Hydraulic oil temperature must be 145°F-155°F (63°C-68°C) prior to performing troubleshooting checks. Failure to comply may result in inaccurate test results. Holding DUMP BED UP/DOWN switch in the UP position will force hydraulic oil through relief valve and cause oil temperature to rise. Measure hydraulic oil temperature near bottom of hydraulic reservior. (14) Attach a temperature indicator sticker to hydraulic oil tank. (15) Press and hold DUMP BED UP/DOWN switch in the UP (TM 9-2320-366-10-1) position until hydraulic oil temperature reaches 145°F-155°F (63°C-68°C). (16) Perform STE/ICE Test #51 (TM 9-4910-571-12&P). (17) If 2,726-2,975 PSI (18,789-20,511 kPa) is not present, replace four way relief valve (para 17-3). Test continued at top of page. NOTE NOTE
