If oil contacts eyes, seek medical attention immediately. Prolonged contact with lubricating oil (MIL-L-21 04) may cause a skin rash. Skin and clothing that come in contact with lubricating oil should be thoroughly washed immediately. Saturated clothing should be removed immediately. Areas in which lubricating oil is used should be well ventilated to keep fumes to a minimum. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. Lubricating oil is slippery and can cause falls. Wipe up spilled oil with rags. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. Drop hydraulic pressure to zero before disconnecting any hydraulic line.Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. Hydraulic components are hot when hydraulic oil reaches operating temperature. Use caution when handling hydraulic components. Wear gloves or use rags to hold metal objects. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. PRESSURE TEST WARNING (1) Disconnect pressure test cable from pressure transducer. (2) Remove plug from hose A. (3) Remove cap from tee fitting. (4) Connect hose A to tee fitting. (5) Tighten hose A to 79-88 lb-ft (107-119 N.m). (6) Disconnect test hose and adapter from 90-degree fitting. (7) Install cap on 90-degree fitting. (8) Remove cap from tee fitting on port A. Route test hose between frame and exit under vehicle. (9) Install adapter and test hose on tee fitting. (10) Connect pressure test cable to pressure transducer and to Test Set. (11) Start engine (TM 9-2320-366-10-1). (12) Position PTO switch to on (TM 9 -2320-366-10-1). Test continued on page 2-1072.5.
