Hydraulic hoses, tubes, and fittings OK. Right 30K winch assembly OK. Fold Cylinder OK. Stinger OK. POSSIBLE PROBLEMS Are pressure and flow through lower valve assembly OK? Repair lower valve assembly (para 16-84). Faulty lower valve assembly will cause telescopic lift cylinders to drift or to not work.
