Personnel Required (2) Tools and Special Tools Tool Kit, Genl Mech (Item 78, Appendix B) Tester, Hydraulic (Item 73, Appendix B) Goggles, Industrial (Item 28, Appendix B) Pan, Drain (Item 43, Appendix B) KNOWN INFO Hydraulic pump OK. PTO OK. Hydraulic oil level OK. Hydraulic hoses, tubes, and fittings OK. Left 30K winch assembly OK. 15K self-recovery winch OK. POSSIBLE PROBLEMS Faulty upper main valve assembly. Faulty stiffleg cylinder. TEST OPTIONS Upper Main Valve Assembly Pressure/Flow Test REASON FOR QUESTION If pressure and flow are low, left stiffleg will not work properly.
