KNOWN INFO Hydraulic oil level OK. Hydraulic hoses, tubes, and fittings OK. PTO OK. Right 30K winch assembly OK. Telescopic lift cylinders OK. Stinger cylinder OK. POSSIBLE PROBLEMS Faulty lower valve assembly. Faulty fold cylinder. 2-988
