(29) Perform steps (27) and (28) on remaining tiedown cables. (30) Remove slack from four turnbuckles (37). (31) Tighten four turnbuckles (37) 1/2 turn in sequence shown. (32) Repeat step (31) four more times. (33) Raise ladder (TM 9-2320-366-10-1).
