Tools and Special Tools Tool Kit, Genl Mech (Item 46, Appendix C) Wrench, Torque, 0-600 lb-ft (Item 90, Appendix C) Tools and Special Tools (Cont) Socket, Socket Wrench (Item 38, Appendix C) Wrench Set, Socket (Item 50, Appendix C) Goggles, Industrial (Item 15, Appendix C) Materials/Parts Pin, Cotter (2) (Item 223, Appendix G) WARNING Wear appropriate eye protection when working under vehicle due to the possibility of falling debris. (1) Remove cotter pin (1) and slotted nut (2) from each end of tie rod (3). Discard cotter pins. (2) Remove tie rod (3) from two steering knuckle arms (4). Change 1 13-7
