TM 9-2320-366-20-4 NOTE There are two wires M1089 wrecker control wiring harnesses. Early production harnesses had wires for terminal blocks TB4A and TB6A. Current production harnesses do not. Perform steps (27) and (28) on vehicles with early production harness. (27) Loosen nine screws (56) on bottom of terminal blocks (57) labeled 4A, 6A, 7, 12, 14, 18, 19, and two terminal blocks labeled 9. (28) Remove wires 4A (58), 6A (59), 7 (60), 12 (61), 14 (62), 18 (63), 19 (64), and two wires 9 (65) from terminal blocks (57) labeled 4A, 6A, 7, 12, 14, 18, 19 and two terminal blocks labeled 9. NOTE Perform steps (29) and (30) on vehicles equipped with current production harness. (29) Loosen seven screws (56) on bottom of terminal blocks (57) labeled 7, 12, 14, 18, 19 and two terminal blocks labeled 9. (30) Remove wires 7 (60), 12 (61), 14 (62), 18 (63), 19 (64) and two wires 9 (65) from terminal blocks (57) labeled 7, 12, 14, 18, 19 and two terminal blocks labeled 9. (31) Remove M1089 wrecker control panel wiring harness (66) from vehicle. b. Installation. (1) Position M1089 wrecker control panel wiring harness (1) on vehicle. (2) Position wires 7 (2), 12 (3), 14 (4), 18 (5), 19 (6) and two wires 9 (7) on terminal blocks (8) labeled 7, 12, 14, 18, 19 and two terminal blocks labeled 9. (3) Tighten seven screws (9) on terminal blocks (8) labeled 7, 12, 14, 18, 19 and two terminal blocks labeled 9. Change 1 7-392.1
