TM 9-2320-366-20-4 8-28. M1090/M1094 TRANSMISSION AUXILIARY OIL COOLER HOSES REPLACEMENT (CONT) (5) Connect transmission auxiliary oil cooler hoses (1 and 3) to 90-degree fittings (5 and 6). c. Removal (S/N 7162 and higher). (1) Position drain pan under transmission auxiliary oil cooler (1). (2) Disconnect transmission auxiliary oil cooler hose (2) from 90-degree fitting (3). (3) Remove preformed packing (4) from 90-degree fitting (3). Discard preformed packing. (4) Position drain pan under transmission (7). (5) Disconnect transmission auxiliary oil cooler hose (2) from 90-degree fitting (8). NOTE Note routing of transmission auxiliary oil cooler hoses prior to removal. (6) Remove transmission auxiliary oil cooler hose (2) from vehicle. (7) Remove preformed packing (9) from 90-degree fitting (8). Discard preformed packing. 8-148 Change 1
