(Item 90, Appendix B) Materials/Parts Dispenser, Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tape (Item 20, Appendix D) Ties, Cable, Plastic (Item 69, Appendix D) Adhesive (Item 8, Appendix D) Lockwasher (3) (Item 96, Appendix G) Lockwasher (2) (Item 93, Appendix G) Adhesive (Item 10.1, Appendix D) a.
