TM 9-2320-366-20-4 16-178 Change 2 16-23. M1089 TOOL BOX REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT) (2) Position eight screws (3), 16 washers (4), and eight self-locking nuts (5) on tool box (1). (3) Tighten eight self-locking nuts (5) to 19-25 lb-ft (26- 34 N•m). NOTE Perform steps (4) and (5) on front tool box. (4) Install towbar (6) on tool box (7) with nut (8). (5) Install bracket (9) on tool box (7) with nut (10). WARNING NOTE Step (3) requires the aid of two assistants. Towbar weighs approximately 150 lbs (68 kgs). Attach a suitable lifting device prior to installation. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment.
