(12) Tighten two self-locking nuts (18) to 45-55 lb-ft (61- 75 N•m). (13) Position fender (20) on platform (1) with three screws (21) and self-locking nuts (22). (14) Tighten three self-locking nuts (22) to 45-55 lb-ft (61-75 N•m). (15) Position bracket (23) on platform (1) with screw (24), and self-locking nut (25). (16) Tighten self-locking nut (25) to 45-55 lb-ft (61-75 N•m).
