TM 9-2320-366-20-3 7-41. HEADLIGHT AND HOUSING REPLACEMENT/REPAIR/ADJUSTMENT (CONT) d. Installation. NOTE Both headlights are installed the same way. Left headlight shown. (1) Position housing (1) on bumper (2) with three nuts (3). (2) Tighten three nuts (3) to 60-72 lb-in. (7-8 N·m). NOTE Connectors for right side are P13, P14, and P12. (3) Install connectors P20, P19, and P4 (4) to back of housing (1). NOTE • Perform steps (4) through (6) to install lamp only. • Connector numbers are the same on left and right headlights. (4) Connect connectors 18, 91, and 17 (5) on housing (1). (5) Install lamp (6) in housing (1). (6) Install retaining ring (7) on housing (1) with three screws (8).
