(2) Remove screw and washer from front grille. (3) Remove front grille from cab. (4) Apply soapy water solution to cab floor supply hose fittings. (5) Check for air bubbles indicating leaks. (6) Position front grille on cab with washer and screw. (7) Position two washers and screws in front grille. (8) Tighten screw to 48-60 lb-in. (5-7 N·m). (9) Tighten two screws to 24 lb-in. (3 N·m).
