(13) Apply thin coat of lubricating oil to both sides of preformed packing (16). (14) Install preformed packing (16) on top of fuel filter base (3). (15) Position crankcase breather (17) on top of fuel filter base (3) with washer (18) and screw (19). (16) Tighten screw (19) to 96-144 lb-in. (11-16 N·m). e. Follow-On Maintenance.
