Replace power cable from terminal lug TL15 to terminal lug TL22 (para 20-81). x2. NO POWER TO MOBILE TRACKING SYSTEM (MTS) SENSE (CONT) TM 9-2320-366-20-3 Circuit breaker CB1 is not tripped. Circuit breaker CB1 OK. POSSIBLE PROBLEMS Faulty power cable from terminal lug TL15 to terminal lug TL22. Faulty Power Distribution Panel (PD2). Is 24 VDC present at terminal lug TL15? If 24 VDC is not present, power cable from terminal lug TL15 to terminal lug TL22 is faulty. If 24 VDC is present, Power Distribution Panel (PD2) is faulty.
