CAUTION Read CAUTION on following page. START KNOWN INFO Transmission oil level OK. Fuse OK. Batteries OK. POSSIBLE PROBLEMS Faulty WTEC II cab transmission harness. Faulty transmission external wiring harness. Faulty WTEC II TEPSS. TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION If continuity is not present, or short circuits are found, WTEC II cab transmission harness is faulty. NO Replace WTEC II cab transmission harness (para 7-137).
