NO If 24 VDC is not present, wire 2045 in dump power cable assembly is faulty. If 24 VDC is present, wire 2045 in dump cable assembly is faulty. Is 24 VDC present at connector P172 socket C? POSSIBLE PROBLEMS Dump bed raises and lowers. Pneumatic system OK. Tailgate release solenoid OK. Tailgate release switch OK. Faulty auxiliary panel cable assembly. Faulty dump power cable assembly. Faulty dump cable assembly. Repair wire 2045 from connector J172 pin C to connector L7 socket 1 (para 2-45) or replace dump cable assembly (para 7-124). e142.
