(2) Connect positive (+) probe of multimeter to connector J7-3. (3) Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter to ground and note reading on multimeter. (4) If continuity is not present, repair wire 3099 (para 2-45) or replace WTEC II dashboard cable assembly (para 7-10). (5) If continuity is present, replace WTEC II TEPSS dimmer module (para 7-13). (6) Connect connector J7 to WTEC II TEPSS dimmer module. (7) Install PDP on dashboard with three screws. (8) Install three washers and screws in PDP. (9) Install kick panel (para 16-3).
