Faulty speedometer. Is continuity absent from connector P110 socket U to ground? If continuity is present, wire 1793 in CTIS cable assembly is faulty. NO Repair wire 1793 from connector P110 socket U to connector P111 socket B (para 2-45) or replace CTIS cable assembly (para 7-60).
