FUEL gage illuminates. Faulty FUEL gage. Faulty dashboard cable assembly. Faulty start and charging cable assembly. Faulty fuel level sensor. Replace FUEL gage (para 7-14). If greater than 30 ohms is present, FUEL gage is faulty. Is less than 30 ohms present from connector PX9 pin 4 to a known good ground? TM 9-2320-366-20-1 2-320 Change 1 Go to step 5 of this fault. If continuity is not present, wire 28 is faulty. Is continuity present from connector PX9 pin 4 to connector P82 pin 1?
