GENERAL This list identifies items that do not have to accompany the vehicle and that do not have to be turned in with it. These items are all authorized to you by Common Tables of Allowance (CTA), Modification Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE), Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), or Joint Table of Allowance (JTA).
