Boom must be rotated and telescoped slow enough so Operator has control of load. If operator cannot see load during operation, operate Material Handling Crane (MHC) with remote control unit. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel. (1) Refer to Table 2-23. Wrecker Material Handling Crane (MHC) Range Diagram Summary to determine correct boom angle setting.
